Important Note
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only. We do NOT issue cash alternatives, store credits with monetary value, or transferable balances. If a refund is approved, any associated digital items and participation points will be deactivated.
How to Request a Return

Receive Authorization
If approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions.

Ship the Item
Send the item back in original condition with all packaging. Buyer pays return shipping.

Refund Processed
Once received and inspected, refund is issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days.
